Terms and Conditions

1. If the client negotiates a salary lower than the one specified in the Personnel Requisition for the search of their candidates in the requested vacancy, the guarantee will not be valid, as this action may lead to job abandonment due to the initial salary offer not being respected.

2. In case the client wishes to hire more than one candidate during a recruitment and selection process, they must pay an equivalent monetary amount for each candidate's salary.

3. No guarantee will be honored if the client disrupts Setalent's 5-step process, as it prevents ensuring that the hired candidate is a suitable fit. These steps are as follows:

  • a) Initial Interview
  • b) In-Depth Interview
  • c) Competency-Based Interview
  • d) Psychometric Tests
  • e) Employment References

4. If Setalent does not receive feedback from the client within a maximum of 3 days after interviewing the candidates, the vacancy will be put on hold since candidates quickly accept other job offers, and the process will restart from the beginning. If no response is received from the client for over 5 days, the vacancy will be canceled, and no refund will be provided for the advance payment.

5. If a vacancy needs to be re-filled, the recruitment will not be charged again, respecting the guarantee. However, psychometric tests and employment references will be invoiced.

6. Payments made for a specific vacancy cannot be transferred to the search for other positions.

7. Once the service is accepted, an invoice with a 50% advance payment for the project will be sent, and upon selecting each candidate, another invoice with the remaining 50% per candidate will be sent.

8. Exclusivity is requested in the service, as once the service is initiated, if the client decides to cancel it or halt the process, the invoice must be settled for the expenses incurred in the selection processes.

9. Candidates not selected by the client will be retained in Setalent Human Resources' portfolio, and the client cannot retain them in their portfolio or hire them; otherwise, an invoice will be sent for their recruitment as a new vacancy.

10. If there is any modification to the vacancy's profile, the client acknowledges that Setalent's response time may be affected.

11. To request any service from Setalent, it is essential to have the required documentation.

12. If the client requires a substantial modification to the requested profile that necessitates starting a new candidate search, additional costs may be incurred for work already performed.

13. Setalent will send candidate proposals interviewed for the client to fill the vacancies, and the client must choose the candidate(s) to hire.

14. Since the hiring will not be conducted by Setalent Human Resources but only the recruitment and personnel selection, Setalent Human Resources suggests that the client conducts the final selection interview.

15. Candidates will be evaluated with psychometric tests (personality and behavior).

16. Setalent will send candidate proposals interviewed for the client to fill the vacancies, and the client must choose the candidate(s) to hire.

17. The response time is 5 business days depending on the profile and starts from obtaining the "Go-Ahead" to initiate the search. This time may vary depending on the candidates' hiring conditions.

18. In the event the client wishes to conduct more than one interview with the same candidate, in addition to those conducted by Setalent, it may lead to the candidate withdrawing from the process. Therefore, it is recommended not to have more than 2 interviews per candidate.

19. If the client does not provide an interview date after the curriculum presentation and 5 days have passed, an additional 10% will be charged to the total project cost to generate new searches.
